The garantie réussite (pass guarantee)

If you complete at least 80% of your revision plan and at least 5 examens blancs (mock exams), and you still fail the real exam, we refund you in full.

How to claim it

1. Go to Settings → Refunds.
2. Select your purchase, choose "I failed the exam" and confirm.
3. If your account meets the conditions, the refund is approved automatically.

No proof of failure to upload, no discussion. The exact conditions are in our Terms of Sale (CGV).
