Refund

The refund is simple and self-service. No complicated letter, no negotiation: two clicks are enough.

How to request a refund

From your account, go to Settings → Refunds. The refund is triggered in 2 clicks. You have nothing to justify to an advisor.

The garantie réussite (pass guarantee)

If you have really done the work and still fail, we refund you. Concretely, you are refunded in full if you meet the three conditions:

  • you have completed at least 80% of your revision plan;
  • and you have taken at least 5 examens blancs (mock exams);
  • and you have failed the real examen civique.

Timelines

Once your request is sent, the refund is processed by Paddle. Usually allow 5 to 10 business days to see the amount reappear on your payment method, depending on your bank.

And the droit de rétractation (right of withdrawal)?

These are two different things. At the time of purchase, you request immediate access to digital content and tick a box waiving your 14-day droit de rétractation (right of withdrawal) (see the CGV). The garantie réussite described here is a commitment we make on top of the law: it applies even after that deadline, under the conditions above.
