Is it a subscription?
No. A single payment of 14,99 € TTC gives you 12 months of access, then it simply stops — nothing to cancel, no recurring charge.
Are all three tracks included?
Yes. A single purchase covers the three tracks: carte de séjour pluriannuelle (CSP, multi-year residence permit), carte de résident (CR, resident card) and naturalisation. You switch track whenever you like.
How does the garantie réussite (pass guarantee) work?
Complete at least 80% of your revision plan and at least 5 examens blancs (mock exams). If you still fail the real exam, you are refunded in full, no discussion.
