How refunds work

You can request a refund from Settings → Refunds in two clicks: choose your purchase, give the reason, confirm. No phone call, no painful justification.

Timelines

• Requests are processed automatically whenever possible.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

The droit de rétractation (right of withdrawal)

French law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. At checkout you agree to immediate access, which ends this right — but our garantie réussite (pass guarantee), which is more generous, still applies. See the Refund page.
